Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return or exchange, the wig or bundle hair must be intact and in its original form, and must meet ALL of the following conditions:
• ✔ Wig or bundle hair is unused and unworn
• ✔ Lace is uncut and untouched
• ✔ Hair has not been combed, brushed, washed, dyed, or altered
• ✔ Item is in original packaging
• ✔ No perfume, makeup, or smoke smell
• ✔ Product remains in resalable condition
Important: We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these hygiene requirements.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges if:
• Lace has been cut
• Wig or bundles have been worn
• Hair has been customised or altered
• Product has been washed or dyed
• Item is returned after the 7-day window
• Clearance or sale items (if applicable)
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Exchanges
We offer exchanges within the 7-day window, subject to stock availability.
Customers are responsible for:

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Clear photos of the issue
